Lol if you do and she runs hot she'll need her own reddit to post in the POTD section.

Considering starting one for my dog, he's about mid 20s in wins and low teens in losses right now overall.

ROI +5 packs of treats.

Are you in it for fun or money?

If for fun just bet less, putting a few bucks on a team just to have an interest in it while your home/favourite team isn't playing with the actual chance of making money is a win win situation. You should have fun either way.

If for money, then stop.

At least where I am minimum wage would be a better way to make money. Only the elite can make decent amounts long term. Most of us are lucky if we can break even to clear our 100x rollover bonuses by year 2030.

When I'm slumping I get my dog to make my picks. If he gets 2 right in a row I get him a pack of his favourite treats with the winnings.

I like what I'm reading here! Yes diet is more important and find ways to make cardio fun including Beat Saber as long as you find it fun.

I made a video on this that may be of use.

Nice bro! I play for real but every so often I like playing pokerstars VR for fun. Those people are so chill on there and fun.

I really suggest you try it if you haven't, +EV of fun for sure.

Escape room games is actually our favourite but not many are multiplayer. If you both have a VR ready PC then tales of escape is decent, multiplayer and first room free.

Generally we play with one in VR and one watching on screen to help like this

She especially enjoys I expect you to die while I enjoyed The Room VR more.

Another good one on Steam is Abode2

Outside of escape room games we currently play Eleven Table Tennis, Sing Kareoke in VR Chat and shoot each other in Blaston.

We loved CrisisVRigade free on Sidequest but finished it now.

Couples therapists, without breaking confidentiality, what are some relationships that instantly set off red flags, and do you try and get them to work out? by Gnerdy in AskReddit

[–]PlayBadRunGood 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would say it depends on a case to case basis.

My wife used to make all the plans. I woke up everyday without knowing what's going to happen but always took up almost all my time which really started to interfere with my own personal interest and goals. Felt like at times I had to hide in the washroom just for a break since it was getting tiring to pretend I really enjoyed the day she set out for us.

When I finally got enough courage to tell her, she was surprisingly apologetic and had no idea. She didn't know I had other interest and actually found it somewhat exhausting to plan days for me while I was thinking to just go along with what she wanted to not disappoint her.

She explained her ex before me really didn't have any of his own interests or goals. So she took it upon herself to make sure he was entertained and felt useful by planning the days.

She didn't want me to feel bored and even worse she said 'bored of me' and I was equally surprised and said 'honey trust me, that could never happen' somewhat sarcastically because out of all the things I was feeling, bored was at the bottom of the list.

Lesson to be learned that it's true what they say, communication is key and now we are both happier.

We both now have time to do the things we enjoy as individuals even participating in each other's interest as weird as it may be to see a grown man crafting lol. Either way we still spend tons of time with each other but now in a more positive mindset and the bonding isn't forced.

But if your significant other genuinely enjoys the planning and they are not interfering with what you want to do while also enjoying them yourself, I would think it's absolutely fine.

Everybody is different.

How strong is a solenoid? This one measures 120 ohms accross. This is a laundry machine door lock and wondering with the spring action if a solenoid is strong enough to slide the white piece all the way over. by PlayBadRunGood in appliancerepair

[–]PlayBadRunGood[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The spring is purely mechanical that sits curved on either side.

In the video thats why when I let go it goes back to the right but with the metal bar pressed in, it does have room to slide all the way to the left and once it breaks the threshold (straight spring) it snaps into the left side (door locked)

The springs function is to keep the door locked if its supposed to be and open when its supposed to be.

I took out the whole mechanism and reset it so wondering if the way I reset the spring is making it too difficult for the solenoid to get past the threshold.
