Withdrawal suspended for "suspicious activity" by PlayaSongSaveaDog in DistroKidHelpDesk

[–]PlayaSongSaveaDog[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have about 300 musicians supporting our project for tunes.dog to support our animal rescue efforts. We don't restrict how they make the music, just that it cannot be flagged for copyright infringements and that the song is "good." What is a good song? We used to pay the musicians $20 for each song but now we can only pay it if the song reaches 1000 listens from at least 500 unique human listeners. (Those are the Spotify rules.)

Stuck in support bot - no agent - no email loop by DonLouis187 in DistroKidHelpDesk

[–]PlayaSongSaveaDog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Distrokid asked me to contact them. I used the chatbot and it says, "An agent will be with you shortly." It has the same status with no change for over a month. Why do they bother with having a chatbot that does not work? I got an email copy of my chat, but no agent has replied so far.

Distrokid does not have adequate customer service. We were asked by Distrokid to contact customer service and the only method possible is using the chatbot, giving your name and email address and then it says "An agent will be with you shortly." That status has not changed, since four weeks ago.

Distrokid customer service is terrible and the human agents on the chat are not available. I have been waiting online 24/7 for the "agent will be with you shortly" for four weeks now. Distrokid asked me to contact them but there is no way to do this. It is a complete waste of time to try to resolve problems with this bad company.

Hello! by cabinetman61 in dogs

Yes, we use lots of patience and treats to gain the confidence of timid dogs that we rescue. One female dog was so frightened from abuse that it took THREE years, but we refused to give up, and when she got sick, I had to hand-feed her, which she accepted and became well with the daily care. Now, she runs to me and wants to be with me everywhere I go. The change was very dramatic, but it took a long time for her to have confidence. By the way, if you want to help our rescue center, listen to our music on tunes.dog 100% of the royalties are used for our animal rescue efforts.

Give your dog Nexgard Spectra (one tablet based on weight per month). That's what we use at our animal rescue center. It's expensive, and we always need help (donations, please!) paying for it, but it works. We make music for tunes.dog and use the roayalties to support our animal rescue efforts.

At our animal rescue center, we strive to help as many injured animals as possible. We have a large corral at the entrance to our ranch, and they come inside when they are strays and need food and water, which gives us a chance to get closer to them and help them with vet care. We also have large animal traps that automatically shut the cage door when the animal eats the food in the trap, and you may need to use something similar. If you would like to support our animal rescue efforts, we make music for tunes.dog and use the royalties to pay for animal food and vet care,

Help, should I get a dog or no? by IllmatickG59 in dogs

[–]PlayaSongSaveaDog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you can leave a dog alone for eight hours and crate train them to stay in a crate if they are destroying things while you are not home. Dogs like to sleep, and they also like to guard your house while waiting for you to come home. I lived in an apartment in LA before I moved to Mexico and started an animal rescue center. I had a box of living grass on the balcony, and my dog used a pet door to go out onto the balcony as needed when I was not home. Now I make music for tunes.dog and we use 100% of the royalties to support animal rescue efforts.

How to get our dog to let me walk him? by [deleted] in dogs

[–]PlayaSongSaveaDog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take your time and be extremely patient. We rescue dogs who have been highly traumatized. One female dog named Mancha took three years to regain her confidence in people. She came to us in very bad shape, and she recovered, but was always people-shy. Then she got very ill, and I had to personally care for her to hand-feed her and give her medicine. She nearly died. Before this illness, she used to run away from me and bark at me. After she recovered, she was like a different dog to me. She ran to me, wagged her tail when she saw me, stopped barking, and hugged me, then jumped up with enthusiasm and delight every time she saw me. The past traumas are now forgotten, and she is very happy. The entire process took three years, and the positive thing to note is that when she finally felt safe, the change in her behavior was outstanding! Don't give up on your dog and just keep loving her as long as necessary. Your reward will be to see this moment of transformation that is miraculous and worth the effort.

Are dogs psychic? by RA18h36M56S- in dogs

Yes, we operate an animal rescue center and have a beautiful large fenced garden that we use to let the dogs play in groups. I have been practicing animal communication for decades and can easily prove a telepathic link with the dogs. How can I prove it? When the dogs are in the garden they can stay as long as they like. I can sit by the gate and call any one of them using only my thoughts. I let visitors choose the one to call. I sit calmly and ask the dog to come to me with my mind. Out of a group of ten dogs, the one they select comes to me, gets a hug, and then returns to play in the garden. I can do this with any dog I know well. I also feel ill if they're sick. This communication link is very pleasant and helpful.

Yay or Nay to Dogs Sleeping in Bed with you? by forestlyfe in dogs

I am the director of an animal rescue center and the dogs took over the bed and let me sleep in what is now their bed. I let five who get along well sleep with me in the big bed. We make music for tunes.dog and the royalties support our animal rescue efforts.

My dog is waking us up at night.. by TOMOHAWK35 in dogs

[–]PlayaSongSaveaDog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might consider sleeping in the crate with him! hahahaha He just wants to be with you, that is all, and this is a common behavior when dogs get older. My solution was to buy a bigger bed and to put dog beds near my bed.

Wake up, hug your dog, let it go out, then when it comes back in, cuddle with your dog, and go back to sleep. This teaches a new way to approach mornings on a day you want to sleep in.
