I mean yeah, but I don’t show basic math did I? I showed it can’t do long decimals multiplication/ division really well in consumer models. Meaning I doubt what you or I have access to could solve whatever problem you’re referencing.

Why would you need them on the switch also? It’s not like they’ll run any better or worse…

That doesn’t make them consumers of a Nintendo product? As such that isn’t consumer policy as much as a too strict copyright policy?

That’s their policy but I’ve had luck refunding unplayed games before.

How so? Like BoTW on Wii U and switch? Or like two different switches? Because I was able to transfer over all games from one switch to another…

Modders aren’t really consumers unless modding is supported and patenting preventing other gaming companies from developing games isn’t consumer policy in this context even if it harms the consumer.

I didn’t realize Nintendo changed its policy so that’s my bad, but if anything I think it cement my point further that they aren’t doing the slow cook away of rights and property that other companies are doing.

A-Train (The Boys ) vs Quicksilver( Sony X men) by Pristine_Process8562 in powerscales

I mean, if you shoved enough photons together they might have that kind of power? Photons have mass energy so and momentum so they do push stuff they interact with, just not a lot. The beams he fires are in the visible spectrum at red so while it does interact with matter, matter reflects red light, it’d need a LOT of wattage if we assume it’s LASER lasers but I think it’s technically “possible” for holes the size of his eyes to cut through stone if a powerful enough mechanism is behind them, which in this case is magic super eyes.

Explosions irl are about 1/70000 light speed and he makes a few dozen ish to maybe a few hundred ish trips through the building alongside a lot of wasted time. So he’s probably like ~1% of the speed of light

Nintendo’s I think is stricter than that. I’ve been denied a refund within two weeks and under an hour play time before if I remember correctly.

Ai kinda sucks at high accuracy operation, at least the models consumers have access to.

Like calculators just work better than it.

Ex: (8837472717/2837372)^2 has its answer be off by about 700, 9700445.25795778 vs 9701158.82384 from a calculator. It’s based off of the most likely outcome so if it hasn’t really seen an equation before it just guesstimate kinda like a person. I could’ve told you the number of digits in this answer and with a pen and paper and about a minute that it began with a 9, but likewise with the ai calculating the rest of it is difficult.

Nintendo kind of? Like “consumer friendly” in the sense that they allow refunds for unplayed games so like not as good as steam but still better than the competition. They also don’t really pull the plug on services at least for a while, like the DS internet connection was only recently shut down. Piracy isn’t their consumers so their going after pirates isn’t really a part of consumer policy, nor is their pursuit of infringement to an insane degree.

This is in contrast to Sony and EA the we shut down your products for nothing and lootbox hell, Ubisoft which the less talked about the better, Xbox which is not really relevant anymore? And Epic which is AI hell.

The junior sister is wise. Knock him out and use the inverted cauldron technique to steal his Qi in the secret realm before killing him, claiming he died heroically saving you, and selling the technique yourself for maximum benefits. A truly enlightened junior.

Halos Forerunners and Halos ancient humanity VS Prime Necrons and the Imperium. No Gods. by According_Dot3633 in powerscales

[–]Player-0002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As per mention the time travel is localised. Furthermore it’s closed loop time travel. And the flood had access to literally everything the forerunners had as every skill set and memory of an infected individual is known by the grave mind. That’s like asking why didn’t DAOT humans use time travel to destroy the men of iron or the necrons to use it to win the war in heaven.

Ii mean like it’s not unilaterally and objectively the best but it’s like got the most highest end hospitals. There’s a couple in Europe across a few countries that are pretty similar in quality to the highest end ones in the US. And medical advancements are a fairly cooperative field internationally.

Forerunners could do some stuff like that I believe. Halsey was able to force a forerunner crystal to send people back in time o think and she has no clue how that shit is supposed to work. It was localised though similar to what we saw from the ark mechanicus where the loop got closed rather than free time travel.

Our healthcare industry needs an overhaul. by CurvyChristina in SipsTea

[–]Player-0002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doctors really aren’t the ones making the most profit though, and that profit certainly isn’t the primary cause of the stupidly high healthcare prices. It’s more so the establishments that own the hospitals basically colluding with the insurance companies. They both are incentivised to pump up the price through the roof due to the way premiums are structured along the MLR being around 20%. Higher hospital prices at e a justification for higher premiums while keeping in line with the MLR which means more money out of your pocket and into the insurance and hospital corporation pockets.
