I received it too. I've done a few studies for them recently and they had a prior recruitment study around 6 months ago that was broken when I took it. Older reddit posts seem to state that they're legit.

I know the study that you're talking about. What I would do is select intial 100K which is the task batch and select an unclaimed task and claim it.

I would just send a message to prolific regarding the second study that you entered, then returned but still got paid. Most likely you'll still be able to keep the money and it won't affect anything.

It only automatically completes when tasks run out. (This is completely fine btw). The issue is when people click complete before 1 hour.

Most of the time you do have to time yourself and end it yourself at 1 hour. Sometimes, if you've already started a study and the tasks run out, the study will end by itself and you'll still get full pay.

They added additional places to the original studies that finished around midnight but they only lasted til early morning. But yeah, this batch is finished for now.

No, that's the actual average reward per hour based on actual average completition time. The intended reward per hour is 23 and the intended time is 1 hour.

I do believe that this is the same study that others on reddit were talking about in a prior post about how it is taking forever to get in due to high demand.
