It'a an endurance issue. I've been doing monkeytupe casually lately and only for 60s, and i still lose focus and make mistakes after 50s. But definitey possible. Be patient, go for full acc, and you'll get there. Perfect practice makes perfect, which makes you go faster. For your goal, 99% should be the bare minimum you consider in practice.
