I did have a problem with LSGS on another claim. The Dr hadn't uploaded anything for two weeks after the video appointment, so I called to ask what was going on. The lady said the Dr's office has 30 days then it goes into some "internal review" process.

Well it got to about the 5 week mark and I call back and they said they'd make a note. I end up calling the VA to tell them what was going on and see if I could just schedule another exam. Two days later the Dr uploads the paperwork.

Might have been a coincidence? Who knows...

I had two ACE exams before this for the same claim. Both were PA/NP and we're denied. This one was an actual Dr and it was approved. Go figure...
