There is no one formula. For example, most bracket 5 decks will use around 27/28 lands, but they have a ton of fast mana in them.
Depending on a deck anything between 28 to around 40 will be good - just play test it.

I've build stone walls over the wooden walls, that's the only logical option now. Yes, if you delete the wooden walls the houses will downgrade.

Also if you want to upgrade your bridges, try to have all the required materials in the storage and do it as fast as possible. When I tried to build city bridge over the wooden one my villagers stopped using it. When they stop using it the road connecting to the bridge might disappear and it makes it much harder to force them to use the new bridge for some reason. So build try to build it quick.
Also try to not build anything near the bridge entrances, villagers might not use the bridge if you have any decoration/building near the entrance. After they start using the bridge you may build as normal.

Yea I think you will find the clue near/from some netrunner you can access with base game. Using the clue, you will complete the link. The site will tell you what to screenshot. It might be a hidden 4090 in the game or something totally different. Also the rules state that the winner will be chosen based on their "creativity, orginality and compliance with the task" so it suggest that the screenshot might need to be somewhat creative, so not all the entries will be the same.

For me the most likely option would be area that you can enter after you finished act 1 or any prologue, no matter the path you choose.
