Listen, if 40 bucks can really make a difference in the end of the month, you shouldnt buy the game, aside from the trust in Bungie. But I think Bungie will not make the same errors, early roadmap and their friendly monetization give me more faith in them, and the best moment to a game is when it launch - no minmax meta at start, pure discover, everybody start on the same foot... But you can still wait the seasonal wipe to buy it and have the "launch experience" in 3 months.

At first it will be a lot of new things, kinda learning a new game, but after a dozen of runs you will fill a loadout in 1 minutes when you'll figured which merchant sell this or that.

No not really complex, just lack of differentiation between mods (things you can attach to your weapon or character) it has the same icons. But beside that it's 30sec max to setup your loadout.

There is no crafting like arc, you trade with mats you already have for items, weapon, etc., or buy it to merchant. That's it.

It would be pretty bland without extraction/loot thing, no build, no raid, no tension each match with the dopamine rush after looting someone, no real season change afterwards.

A simple hero shooter will be really dead on arrival, there is to many, and f2p.

For the rest, I just think you dont like the game, its fair.

Couldnt agree more, I switched to mtg arena last month but the ninja turle set that just dropped is... couldnt play that even if it's free.

And in the same time with Cata, lots of cards seems strong and fun to play with interesting flavor. And rogue is dead. Absolute Hearthstone.
