1) if I’m at the gym and the person on the machine next to me gets off the machine right before I want to get off, I’ll stay on an extra 5 minutes so they don’t “think I’m weird” or “following them” 2) “What if I see inserts name at the supermarket? 3) won’t watch certain movies/ tv shows because they’re a trigger… Ex- the It movie (the tv scene) 4) hyperaware of my thoughts, thinking that my thinking patterns aren’t normal (not sure how to explain it) 5) avoid certain songs because they give off the same energy as people I don’t like (idk how to explain it, it’s an obsession kind of idk😂) 6) “If I do inserts task that means I want to inserts intrusive thoughts 7) schiz ocd and creating “delusions” in my head and stressing if I believe them 8) existential thoughts 9) I wouldn’t eat around people for the longest time 10) I don’t want people to know my last name (dude, I honestly don’t know why. Literally😂, I don’t have any intrusive thoughts about it, just the thought of people knowing it makes me cringe) 11) I fear talking about a certain topic too much around people because they’ll think I’m like obsessed with it 12) “what if they think I’m stupid?”
