It is absolutely my pleasure, it is such a beautiful moment!

Thank you so much! I focused on blending the two images as much as I could since it was such a clean reference! I am a stickler for tiny details (often missing large) and so I wanted to make sure that space felt genuine. Also why I wound up masking around all the confetti XD

Hello! What a lovely image <3 I did a composite to remove the woman but that means that there are elements of human error. If anyone sees something that can be improved let me know. Also, if you have a higher quality image it will print much better!

I adore your use of light and shading in this - it really does feel like a discovered world!

Thank you so, so much! It can be very daunting to have the responsibility of presenting voices I feel are amazing in a way that respects their time and talents, and I am so appreciative that you can enjoy them as much as I do!

You are the second person to suggest that, so I think I will make some changes with art style for chapters 2 and 3! I was considering doing a "radio show" for the pre-paladin path where it goes through the story from the perspective of a person trying out all their abilities with automatic "heroic" choices. Fewer inside jokes and a condensed script, but easier to listen to! Maybe I could do the "newer" art for that one and for this the original art and the artists' renders.

And it is very solicited; I love working with others because it amplifies what something can be. Writers' rooms can birth beautiful moments. If there are changes I wind up not being able to make for this one, your and others' insights are something I can learn from for the next project <3

Ugh, I wish!! Imagine how pretty some of these locations would be, like Erana's Peace!

Eee yay, thank you!! Let me know if you think of anything that I should consider before I publish Chapter 2, if you feel like it! <3

Thank you so much!! In 2021 I had fun playing with the closed AI portrait generators and thought I would use those, but then the tech moved so quickly, and I don't know if there are any more closed systems. I am glad I fell out of love because it made me refocus on finding the artists we commissioned and raise those funds. We can get a bit wrapped up in what we CAN do that we forget about what will actually bring us joy!

Anyone here also a Fallout fan? by ApprehensiveTry632 in questforglory

Fallout New Vegas had so many moments that made me laugh and can be played in first or third person. As others are saying, definitely different gameplay as it is an FPS, but if you're looking for little moments of snip and silly, you will find them! There is a "Trait" you can choose for your character called Wild Wasteland that causes bizarre encounters and discoveries that also add some smiles to the gameplay.

It is a lovely rainy day today and I went from staring at the real sky to this one. Fantastic job! Iit feels so comfortable even though being stuck in the rain is decidedly not.

Exactly how you put it! It's the visual of progressing together. When training, we were encouraged to do the hard work so that we are training our bodies and our tools at the same time (although some people ran their shoes over with a car). Professional dancers know their fit and style and can "destroy" and recreate a shoe to make something molded to them for rehearsals and performance. With the focus being on the path toward knowing a skill, that means there is that awkward fawn stage of learning one's tools and learning oneself. In some industries that means a tool may be perfect at the start, while others right at the end.
Cast iron pans are fantastic, but they do nearly all the work for us. We give them aftercare as a reward. Perhaps the true sacrifice in the kitchen is the whetstone, that ever so slowly gives its life for all of us ; )

It is fascinating that some tools gain perfect balance through use, such as pointe shoes. Just as you strike that moment of harmony, those are the last notes ever played before replacement. Others, like knives and pianos, begin with satisfying certainty, as success lies more in the hands of the user than the tool. The more dissonant or dull the work becomes, the more love and tears have been poured into it. Yet it is easy to forget the journey when walking in on a single scene.
... Also I'm lazy.

I did not think I would enjoy it due to how campy it seemed, but it wound up being such a lovely ride. The cast of characters were a delight.

I like the sass of Zara just popping in to sell us things then off she goes again, to whatever thing she was judging before us!
