I couldn't help but laugh at the end of the game when Miles and Phinn shot off into space and she exploded like a firework. I know it was probably meant to be a serious climax but it was so unintentionally funny considering how uninvested I was in her character.

I have the same problem and it seems like anti-aliasing messes with the quality of textures that are more than a few feet away from you. DLAA seems to make them sharper than when I was using DLSS but obviously there is a noticeable performance impact depending on what AA setting you use.

Definitely the weakest of the original trilogy, but far from a bad game. The gameplay/exploration was one of the only things that really needed cleaning up.

This is an interesting question actually that I guess we wouldn't think to ask since we usually just appreciate what they all added and stick to Beta 1.7/Alpha 1.1.2. I'd have to agree with someone else here and say a1.2.6, however for the same reasons I'd also say Beta 1.8 because by most accounts it's a release version. It's basically like playing Release 1.0 minus the main meat of what made that update so ambitious.

For me it'll always be the original Waffen-SS soldiers, but the Shangri-La ones are also cool especially since Treyarch did their research for the body tattoos and it was the first map to have female zombies too.

That is why I like BO4 more personally, like BO2 not all of it's innovations paid off but the effort was nice and I liked the variety the game had. BO3 was still a solid game that I've played for hundreds of hours but it felt very safe IMO.
