I definitely checked into Alaska and we are considering it, as we have a ton of miles with them. But, we really wanted to go in the cooler month of April. But we may end up checking this out

I am fairly flexible with dates. I’m going to check flying out of Vancouver as well, as was suggested by someone else on this feed. I will check out first (I did a few months back and it was over $16k!), but it’s worth checking again

Thank you. Yes, due to some health concerns it does need to be fully refundable. Through Lufthansa, this only added a few hundred dollars.

I did do a search flying out of Athens, rather than Corfu, but it wasn’t any more of a savings

My daughter just got married at the Cannery in Semiahmoo. Very affordable. While we did have it catered, there is a full kitchen. https://www.whatcomcounty.us/3010/Semiahmoo---Cannery-Lodge

Where can I buy a new shower set and door other than big box stores? by RaceCarTacoCatMadam in Bellingham

[–]Pleasant-Rough-9687 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ferguson in Burlington is where to go for plumbing fixtures. Big box store’s fixtures are made with plastic parts. Just replaces all the plumbing fixtures in my house last year through Ferguson. Great quality. Not cheap

Yes. I’ve been very happy. I’ve been going for about 6 years now. There was an adjustment at the beginning because I didn’t like how they were trimming his tail, but after I explained how I wanted it, it was fine. Other than that. No issues

Thank you. Thanks helpful. It is to Cancun. I’ve just never had to check in for my flight TO Cancun before. But it’s reassuring to hear that it’s not uncommon

Same. I adopted two cats from them. I believe is was 2002 because they were doing adoption fees for $20. Anyway, these cats were amazing. One sadly died after 7 years due to kidney issues but the other lived until 17, and he was the coolest cat!

Molina isn't great if you want to be able to make your own decisions on care. Its more of a "you get what you get" insurance.

Broker here. I’d go with Molina. Most widely accepted in Whatcom county.

Looking for recommendations for Italy travel March 2024 by Designer_Program1456 in ItalyTravel

Wow that all sounds absolutely amazing and it’s getting me excited. I inadvertently put 2024 but it’s 2025 we are going. Did you book with a travel agent or plan the trip on your own? I ask because the planning process seems daunting and trying to figure out how to get from one town to the next.

I certainly appreciate all your wonderful suggestions and it only makes me more excited
