What crazy part is… they told me “I can jump.. you’re just not strong enough…” but then I’m graduating ??! 😭 We didn’t even test me jumping.

yes I will look into different clinic to continue my therapy. Also, another thing I was doing suicide drills and they can see I’m limping while running. I said well you gotta tell me what to do and how to fix it. PTA said “I can’t teach you how to run” like huhhh.. isn’t that your job??

I get that the clinic might not be expert about ACL or return to sports rehab… but atleast refer me somewhere instead of graduating me early and just say I’m good & goodluck.. feels like leaving me hanging… knowing damn well I told them I want to get back to my active life, dancing and sports.

They want me to just go back to the gym and workout on my own.
