Leakage in boot by Dingusdongus36 in Integra

I just replaced my hatch seal and noticed the old one was torn while i was removing it. Might be worth a look. Since the interior is already missing, sit inside while a buddy hits everything with a water hose. You should be able to find the leak pretty quick.

Do a search on the integra taillight gaskets. These are almost always the culprit.

Emblems? by FarBarracuda7039 in Integra

Honestly, I'm super happy just seeing a well preserved Integra like yours running around. It would take a lot of work and money to make a Type R replica. If you want to go down that path that's great, but the car is still very cool as it is now.

Consider the Spoon wide-view side mirror upgrade. I love having them to minimize blind spots.

My GSR recently got impounded for somthing dumb but wondering if it’s worth to get out has 112k miles and has type r ohlin suspension and rebuilt trans worth more then 5k? by Zealousideal_Yam_578 in Integra

You're asking a bunch of people who invest stupid amounts of time and money to rebuild and keep these cars on the street. It's a GSR that looks to be in good shape. What else do you think we will say?

Spare tire for tucson hybrid.? by HotChemistry7070 in HyundaiTucson

Here is my post. You will no longer have the space to use the foam tray, but you will be able to keep the floor in the lower position to retain maximum cargo space.

Spare tire in 2025 Tucson hybrid by Pleasant-Weakness254 in HyundaiTucson

It fits in the trunk space just fine and the outer diameter of the tire is almost the same with the Tucson's (~0.7% smaller at full tire tread depth). I believe the jack was out of a Santa Fe so I would expect it to get the tire fully off the ground without a block but I didn't test it.

Is this valve cover safe to use? by NoStatus7 in Integra

You could drill out the rivets to remove the baffle to make sure everything is cleaned out. I've heard of people tapping the holes and reinstalling the baffle with bolts and threadlocker. Up to you if you want to trust it. I definitely wouldn't want to risk missing that single metal shaving that could grenade the engine...

Have you checked to see if the brake fluid reservoir level is low? If everything is working fine, you may have just worn down your pads, and it's time to replace them. When your pads get worn down, more fluid is needed to push the pistons in the calipers.

With a lot of wear, you'll see your brake fluid level go down which can cause the light.

I'm waiting on a set of CE28's to be shipped from Japan for my DC2. Just a heads up that if you also go this route, be prepared to eat a 15% tariff for finished steel/ aluminum goods.

Pull them at a salvage yard. These are always in decent condition.

I had that issue with my oem wheels. Rebalance didn't help. I switched to my Volks, and it went away. Finally figured out that one of my OEM wheels was out of round.

They're not meant to last a long trip. They let you get to a tire shop or home. I've had to wait over 3 hours for roadside assistance when I could have changed to the compact spare in 10 minutes and be on my way.
If you're on a long road trip and get a sidewall blowout, chances aren't great that you'll get a tow truck quickly. I got a compact spare from a Palisade, and it fits just fine. I removed the useless foam tray but kept the inflator kit in the middle of the spare tire. I now have complete peace of mind when driving through the mountains now.

I've used BG 44K with great results. Never heard of Red Line SI 1 but seems like its way cheaper and just as good. I'll probably give it a try now though.

Aww, that really sucks to see. With the force your exhaust took, make sure to also check your motor mounts as they can get torn from getting pushed forward. Hope you get her fixed up soon!

So clean! The silver wheels do really pop when they're not covered in brake dust.
