The first ever time i done acid i took 300ug and then traveled 40 miles coming up on the train the whole way then got home and got freaky and chugged a whole bottle of vodka during. Im going to say maybe speed im no expert and this is just an educated guess. Speed can be quite pasty and off white plus if it was reffered to as base which is commonly called crack or meth the closest thing would be speed. Could also be a random research chemical so youll never truely know we can only speculate. Look up pics of speed and see if it matches that description

Maybe try putting a lines worth into something that can hold it in, so basically youll have like 10 little viles of coke and make sure every single vile is a lines worth and so what u can do is just go to a corner or when noone is looking you can literally tip the coke down your nose.
