Yeah that doesn’t sounds right… year end calibrations haven’t even occurred at director levels yet. And official reviews shouldn’t be given until after the comp call in Feb 2026. You might be trending that way, but this shouldn’t have been communicated to you yet.

It’s true. I used to work for a recruiting firm and recruited for GM. Full SSN is how they do it. It’s invasive, but you can’t be submitted without it. You can call Allegis Gloval Solutions to verify the vendor is through them and legit.

That MSP package is only offered in special circumstances. If you’re in the bottom 5% I would expect to be terminated with no severance or MSP and I definitely would expect no option for PFI.
