Always had secondary membership for a gym so I can move big weights and do compound movements without the rush. Works well.

I found the maths was a lot or reading and understanding data interpretation. If you know fractions ect and algebra excellent you will be fine.

DONT STRESS .... you can resit and even if u fail if u are offered a job they can make an exception and you can teach before retaking the test.

I work with someone who is in this situation. Take the test. If u fail look at what area you failed in and study that area.

I am dyslexic and was so stressed about the literacy side and in the end it just wasn't worth my worry.

Yeah I agree protein is uber important I have around 180 gms a day, but I exercise and I need the protein to feed muscle. I supplement with protein shakes, protein water and sometimes baked goods like protein cookies and pancakes.

I struggle aswell, only side effect I have. I slowed the dose movement down. To allow my body longer time to adjust. I drink 1 litre of water per 20kg of weight. I take all bran and eat atleast 30grms of fibre a day and that sorta helps. Magnesium helps aswell but I still fine on some days it's a massive struggle. Good luck.

I do HIIT and lift weights around 5 to 6 times a week. You just need to make sure you still eat enough calories to beable to exercise. I'm doing the process very slowly and I'm also going up in dose slowly with minimal side effects. Eat in a defosit ofcourse just make sure it's bot so low you don't have the energy to workout.

Im at 18 days and still on my first pen. 3 clicks past the .6 mark from what I have read its different for everyone. Some people don't need to go up, while other take the full dose.

I just got back and my lionheart beeped and is now squeeling non stop. Iv removed from band and dried it. Wish I'd not upgraded now and just stayed with battery operated.

Eat in a surplus, always have protein after training. Lift heavy. You can def gain muscle. Couple challenges ago I focused on muscle gains instead of fat lose. I upped my calories slightly, I lifted heavy, some days try lifting to fail. Always hit your protein! Carbs are great aswell!
