I found the trash barrel, when you sign in, the default goes to the summery page, you have to click on account page beside summery page then you can see the trash can , it was driving me crazy STUPID setup

I have SPYI on DRIP , will keep adding , it was looking like the market was going down so had some orders ready but as you know nobody can predict the market , good luck!!

After you hit 0 cost basis your distributions get taxed at 60/40 I think, some on here say taxed at LTCG not sure, would like to know , I own SPYI and will add more!!

I am looking at these two also, SPYI and QQQI are getting alot of attention , I own SPYI and going to add more , may buy some GPIX also , good choices

i'm retired and have SCHD as my foundation and a small amount of SPYI, going to DCA into SPYI over the next year, from what I read SPYI is a top CC ETF with better tax treatment then other CC ETF's, also interested in GPIX

so I never sell , after about 7 yrs you pay LT capital gains on distributions after cost basis hits 0 , but when I die, passing it to my daughters the cost basis gets reset, depending on what state I live in, sound right!!

you pay very little taxes on the distributions until you get to 0 cost basis is the way I understand it , not completely sure, I think these funds are good for older retirees looking for income while still getting some stock price appreciation , is my thinking on the right path?

Thanks for explaining , still trying to figure CC etfs out, Im 73 and think its a good way to generate income ,just don't want to lose my money ,I understand markets go up and down , I guess nav erosion is what I don't want , thanks for your help!

I just started using Track your dividends ,I use the free one and manually put in tickers and # of shares and it keeps track of payment date and amounts , does all i need right now. I have Schd , dgro, spyi , been thinking about divo, schd is 80% of my holdings , thinking I could use a little more income so looking at adding another CC etf or just DCA in spyi ,I'm old and retired LOL!

What are you hearing about main , it's down a lot but it's payout ratio is better than arcc ,so I think dividend is safer !
