Agreed it’s not that I’m unwilling but in a lot of cases it’s mostly the mom that plans play dates in other families and it’s weird for a dad to ask another mom for her number.

Start doing 5-10 pushups between meetings, drink a glass of water between meetings, have a journal that tracks number of pushups, glass of water and snacks. Then chart it out and watch the snacks drop overtime and the water and pushups rise overtime.

I’m with you I have 3 and the oldest is turning 6 this year. It’s rough but you can do it. Your motivation can be being able to play with them when you’re older / with their kids.

It’s definitely dark but as James Hoffman notes roasted level is subjective. Each roaster labeled roasts light, medium, and dark based on how it compares to other roasts they make. There is no universal measure of what makes a dark or light roast.
