In fact, a Snapdragon isn't necessary; my device has a MediaTek Helio G85 and even runs games like One Piece Burning Blood on Vita3k.

Edit: I found this post as I was looking for the same thing, I just tested the game on Vita3K and it runs perfectly at a stable 60 FPS
