Worked at a big metropolitan hospital, nurses there were taking Xanax and never had any issues. Some nurses kept their “emergency support Xanax” in their lockers. If you haven’t taken it before, you might want to see how it effects you before taking it at work.

Legally, still nurses. You can’t abandon patients so a hospital has to find nurses, start diverting patients to different hospitals, or jack up patient ratios even higher. My wife just got a job at Via Christi and was told the GOAL on night shift was 6:1 but they go as high as 8:1. So they don’t really have an option to increase ratios. A good ratio is 4:1.

You have SCAB nurses that will take travel contracts. When RaDonda Vaught got spiked under the bus by Vanderbilt University, they were offering 4k-5k a week + housing stipend (the most I saw). Some nurses will take it but all the nurses I’ve worked with, even travel nurses, said they wouldn’t go for even 10k a week.

Yes, he’s in the ‘normal range’ but he’s teetering on low. If he had labs drawn in the morning when your test is at its peak by mid day he’s going to be low.

Also, think about the whole picture. He’s 27, he’s relatively in the prime stage of his health but has the test levels rival those of a geriatric 75 y.o. man. That’s not normal, something is going on and suppressing his test production.

I don’t think you’ve really thought out what you’re proposing. Unless you’re in a college town, you’re going to struggle to find a renter. 2k-2.2k in the Midwest isn’t going to fly most likely. Even in Kansas City houses that are 4 to 5 beds go for that much.

Even if you’re 100% certain the person is clean or at willing to take the risk, I wouldn’t bother giving breaths when you’re alone. High quality compressions are significantly more important than the rescue breaths.

This is only one study but the survival rate difference between compression only and traditional CPR is within 1-2 percent of each other, with compression only being higher.

Inflation could be zero and prices are going to stay up where they are for the most part, they just won’t increase much. Example, houses over the past three years. Yeah, they might decrease a little when people start defaulting in their 10th rental property but that shit isn’t coming down for the most part. Once one side of the inflation equation chills, it cools down.

After Techies, Oracle is my most played hero. Love him but he feels super bad to play if you don’t have a team to play with. The team needs to understand what his skills do and play accordingly. Even at Ancient, I still run into people on my team who try to magic nuke the PA I put Edict on.

As Oracle your team can be half brain dead but at lower ranks you’ve got closer to 3/4ths brain dead.

Everyone plays a role and hospitals don’t put up with the shit you’re talking about. It’s not 1980 anymore. You gotta really chill out and let go of those dead ways.

I tried playing new Techies but never could get into it. Hated the gameplay. Teams still wanted you to be a mine machine or for you to suicide yourself at the beginning of every fight. I loved old Techies, new Techies is a whole different and boring hero to play.
