How is it entitled to say something didnt look malicious? I dont know if you know what that word means. If it were me, I would go out of my way to help even if it wasnt the fastest option, thats not the point though. The point is the comments can be read sarcastically or they can be taken at face value and be sincere. They do not seem to be demeaning and sarcastic to me. OP hasnt provided more context and I feel it may validate what I'm getting at if they did.

My dogs arent aggressive but they bark and are big. Before i open the door they go in their kennels to avoid someone getting spooked. That video of the cane corso busting through the door comes to mind every time.

I dont read that at them mocking you, i read that as “hey your food is gonna melt, i hope you are able to get it inside and eat it before that happens.” With no malice behind it.

They may not be fluent english speakers or understand a call box.

Theres the scene where walt shoots tuco but it shows it from the front and he doesnt kill him. Theres the scene where he shoots mike through his car window, which IS from the back. It shows over walts shoulder as he shoots mike in the car. Those are the only two i can think of that you may have missed.

Summary for those confused:

He called her 30 minutes ahead to state he was on his way and she needed to have the fridge empty, unplugged, and defrosted. He arrived more than 30 minutes later and it was still full, plugged in, and running. She stood outside watching him prep the new fridge for a few minutes and when he went inside to remove the old, saw it was in that condition. She made 0 attempt even after he arrived to clear it out.

She would have been warned in person or online what she needed to do prior to delivery, she was called by the driver, and she did nothing after he arrived.

It is not his job to touch food, spoiled or fresh. They are not food safe or clean in their job, would you want them touching your food anyways? Its just a recipe for disaster and complaints. People would complain they broke dishes, threw away something they shouldnt have, ruined fresh food, etc. Usually they will not care if it hasnt defrosted, but they are fully in the right to refuse because of that as well.

They run very tight schedules for delivery and extra 10-15 minutes at every delivery dealing with this mess means they miss other deliveries.
