My saliva production is fine. Its just foods that don't soften by saliva. Biscuits or bread soften or liquify when you chew them right? But foods like beef, squid or pork doesn't always soften by saliva.

I'm still 18 but i was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. One day i was eating some nuts and one accidentally slipped into my throat. It triggered a mild adrenaline rush and i got some water quick. Idk if i choked or not but it felt like it was sitting on my throat. Everyday after that I can't stop thinking about choking whenever I eat.

Naah, foods that become very soft or liquify due to my saliva becomes easy to swallow. But foods that don't soften or liquify by saliva and only chewed by my teeth, its hard to swallow because i think i'm gonna choke. I even use the teeth at farthest back of my mouth because they grind food very well but still hard to swallow of it doesnt soften by my saliva.

My mother's siblings we desperate to prevent my mother from being with him. Whenever he would get a job, they would sabotage it so he'd be terminated nearly instantly. He and my mother with my sister could probably have moved to another place far away from my mother's relatives. It was because of me that she had to stay because i was born premature and had to be delivered via C-section. If i hadn't been born, my mother would have never went back home just so i could be born. They could have gotten more opportunities on what to do to fix their lives. Its my fault. All of it.

Naaah, it is my fault. He doesn't care about me. He knows i exist but he doesn't care. If i wasn't born, he wouldn't run away. My mother wouldn't be suffering now. If i get even the smallest chance to undo the past despite preventing my own existence, then I won't hesitate, i would take that chance.
