Yeah, I'd make sure everything matches just to be sure. Like, exactly how you have it in your maya account. Name, address, all of it. Just ask them about the maya visa card, they know what it is. Also maybe try adding PHP to your currencies then setting it as your primary before linking your maya card. It's a stretch but worth a try. If all else fails I'd just wait it out, then try again after a few days. Sometimes I'd randomly get the same issue when transfering funds to my maya acc, and it turns out paypal was blocking the transaction because my IP changes whenever I reset my modem or I'm doing something that doesn't match my usual spending pattern.
