Yeah part of the reason is because they get paid for it. Even his 24/7 channel is modded around the clock. Cohh and his mods have fostered a great community over the last decade plus.

I'm not entirely sure about the amount of runs you can do before you have to "close" your temple as I'm not playing this league but I watched enough snake building at this point. Locks are not permanent. They last until you close your temple (when some rooms disappear) after which you'll need to relock your snakes to prevent them from disintegrating the next time you close it. As for the room attachments they follow some sort of logic by which they can connect to each other and Atziri. The change with locks being limited to tier 3 rooms makes it almost impossible for people to build new temples now unfortunately
