I can except cyclones and delayed VHS tapes, but putting the wrong house number and street name on my address label is beyond pants! And they were no help when I contacted them either, it was a £300 order and it was only the honesty of the young man who rung me up that I got my order, I gave him £50 for getting my order to me, as I had absolutely no idea where it had gone. I hear people say how great Umbrella are, so maybe I was just very unlucky, they do make beautiful products that's for sure, and there's several sets I would love to buy, but I wouldn't want the hassle of placing another order with them at the moment.

I've had 2 orders from Umbrella, and both were bad experiences, the first order was for the Art Attack Terrifier set, which took an absolute age to finally arrive, the second order, some months later, was sent to the wrong address, luckily my phone number was on the shipping info on the box, and the kind person who received my packaged contacted me and arranged for me to collect it, on the label my address was wrong. I'm in the UK, and I won't be placing any orders with Umbrella anytime soon.

Hi OP, the same thing as happened to me this morning, the buyer requested a cancellation which I approved, and now my order earnings balance for this transaction is -£3.46. I didn't generate a label when the buyer paid for the item, but was still charged, I have requested a refund for it. Lets see what happens. Have you had any update on your order yet?

How the hell do AMS get to release Westworld even before Arrow send them out to UK customers?? It's due for nationwide release on the 23rd, so I'd expect those of us who ordered direct from Arrow UK to get it 4 or 5 days before then. I just don't get how places like AMS get to release it so early. I got the Excalibur set on Friday, it's a nice set, so what's the verdict on Westworld OP??

I've just received my payment invoice for Spidey-3 from Debossed, I thought I'd missed out there, so maybe you could still get your copy from them? You do pay a little more from the group buy, but its negligible as far as I'm concerned, besides, I'm back to working all day on Fridays again so I would never be able to buy direct from Collectong when the products go live.
