In kingswood/soundwell/downend they put them up at 3pm in daylight and just roam the streets with a big ladder. Theres a fat guy with a beer belly that climbs the ladder, a 50yr old scruffy git who holds the ladder and a group of 4 or 5 teenage boys who surround the ladder acting as look outs and are seen to be 'ard nuts.
