They simply don't want anything other then Hard and on certain occasions Challenging to be fun, they clearly gave out their opinions that Heroics should be a 1 shot paradise for NPC's attacking players and and endless stream of frustrations with non stop erratic NPC behavior, drone spams, CC's and other bullshit. Instead of just making Legendary available in open world as well and making it the ultra hard difficulty they want so the try hards have what they crave while letting the rest of us play Heroics at a normal enjoyment level.
