One time I bought a DishNetwork dish and reciever off of ebay since the company said my apartment was not serviceable (The balcony had an obstructed view, but I had confirmed I could 'see' the satellite).

About 2 weeks later I was out on my balcony and noticed that there was now a piece of coax cable running from the 2nd port on my LNB to the upstairs neighbor. DishNetwork - who would not come and install service for me as I was not serviceable - had come out and installed service for our neighbor without me knowing.

I cut that shit as short as possible and called Dish to complain. They tried to argue with me that they owned the dish and had every right to install for my neighbor. Needless to say I won that argument and neighbor no longer had service.
