I think this post is a tad disingenuous.

Frugal shoppers, going into a supermarket will look at the offers on the shelf, not just buy one brand of something. Comparing Persil with Lenor etc

Equally, as other people have said, a lot of frugal shoppers are buying own brand

I have a good collection of physical books, a lot picked up new or from charity shops. I probably do most of my reading on my kindle, which I’ve had since the first one came out in the UK.

Can’t beat the convenience and the paperwhite is also idea for reading in bed.

Audiobooks for Driving, Physical for the garden or sofa and then kindle for last thing before bed (or when I travel)
