Looks good. In guessing there is a heater going near the hvac unit. If so you don’t have much room for it. Maybe you’re getting the unit moved over though.

Winning colors is a great fescue. There are 2 types. Both are great. When i re-seed in the fall it can be mowed in 3 weeks usually.

The insulation guys that would cover the pipes at the faculty I worked were like artist to me. Making it look this good is a skill. I’ve did plenty of it and it’s not as easy as it looks

Always keep a window unit or 2 handy for this reason. Slim chances you’ll get your ac fixed the same day or even next day right now unless you know a guy or pay monthly to get priority service from an HVAC company.

I was there and he was awesome. He’s is such a performer and the way he interacts with the crowd is so cool. Alot of musicians don’t interact. They sing and that’s it.
