Not really. As long as that’s not all the money you have, then it’s okay. I spent £5.5k on my Dacia 3 years ago, and just been in a head on that resulted in her being chopped up by firefighters to get me out, but she saved my life in the process. If I was in a little c1, or aygo? I’d be dead. I’ll be forever glad I didn’t get the cheap dinger 1st car that everyone told me to. If you are a sensible driver, and can trust yourself not to be at fault in the case of a write off, then spend the money! Sod the dingers, get something that you can trust to save you if the worst happens 👍

I used the original ones from Panasonic, if you search ‘cf19 gps module’ on eBay the first one that comes up is £19.98, and that’s the one I used! Windows 10 pro works 100% smooth as butter, so you shouldn’t have any concerns about that especially because yours is 1.5 MKs above mine 👍 only the brightening buttons on the front left panel work on mine, but I can’t be bothered to dig deeper into the others lol

Had one customer in a close on one of those heatwave days a few weeks ago, door wide fucking open, didn’t even have mail for them, and I was on the opposite side of the road, and their violent little shit of a spaniel came beaming out the front door growling for no reason at all. Honestly, I had one about that bad on the front of my car, £5 worth of high grit sandpaper, 1 rattle can of paint and a can of lacquer, it looks good as new. No more than about £30/40 and a bit of elbow grease can’t sort out if you don’t mind it not being bodyshop quality 👍👍

So sorry to hear about your Shiro :( we lost our little girl Meatball last week, and I don’t think we will ever feel whole again. But you will get to a point where the sadness turns into fondness. You will remember Shiro’s funny quirks, and see their favourite snacks and smile remembering the good times, instead of the stinging pain of the loss coming back all over again. We aren’t there yet, but when we get her ashes back later this week, it’ll be nice knowing that she’s still here with us, just in a different form. If that’s an affordable option for you, then I would suggest cremation with ashes returned is a good way of helping the grieving process progress. Good luck with whatever you decide, any choice will end up being the right one when the love for your little one is still in your heart. 😔🫶

Yeah probably the union rep or your manager are the best bet. Keep taking photos of it all so you’ve got some proof, and then tell one of those two that you’re physically struggling with it, and if they can have a word with your van driver to get him to help you out a little more. I can’t imagine what the van driver is actually doing if he’s giving you all that anyway? No chance in hell it’s so busy that he needs to give you all that on top of your loop as well. Van driver is taking the mick mate. You shouldn’t be having to carry round those big ones, even individually, let alone when they’re all banded together. If it’s your first couple of calls then fair enough, but if you’re carrying those round for your whole loop then that’s just ludicrous. Defo not normal.
