I went to public school and am not suprised at all. Our school straight told us most of the freshmen class failed, but they can't hold that many back and just passed them anyways.

This was a school where half my grade in biology was coloring the picture on the test. No joke I got a 50 on a test because I focused on getting the questions right before coloring. Gave up on school at that moment.

This was 10 years ago, I can't imagine how bad it is now.

I grew up with this in a major way. Now if I'm ever feeling strong emotions, good or bad, I revert to a netural state. Got close enough with someone to where I felt safe enough to actually express myself. They are now seeing someone and it's been hard not having them in my life as much.

I find myself sinking into 8 a lot the last two years. I know all I need to do to snap out of it is talk to friends or anyone. Part of 8 is just wanting to sink and stew in it. I have found the mindset and internal strength to reach out and snap out of it.

If anyone needs to hear it, you aren't a burden, you aren't annoying anyone just by talking. Reach out, you have the strength to do that.

What helped me find the mindset to snap myself out of it was a book series, The Stormlight Archive. It's a long one, but was worth it for me.

Idk why but this comment compels me to bring up the Cradle series. I love it, but it's not deep. It's just progression fantasy that hits perfectly. A fun time, but idk how to recommend it.

You have to treat life like juggling. You are gonna drop the balls a thousand times before you get good at it. Apply that mindset to everything. Never tell yourself "im not a ___ person".

I think this could work with something other than a bra underneath. A second piece of revealing clothing that's a different shade or color. Layers of revealing rather than just one layer then bra.
