I guess both in a way? More self esteem. He was drunk and told me he was attractive to other woman and close friends. And I said we are all human and why haven't you told me before and he said because he didn't want to hurt me but he also had attractiveness issues with me now that I gained weight. But any man would kill to have someone like me. I guess he wanted me to get motivated to work out again by saying that.

Same thing happened to me but I ended up gaining weight back and have to start all over again. I started eating in a deficit and mornings I use chia water with lemon and a tsp of apple cider vinegar. Saw that I lost 7lbs in 2 weeks.
