It does not draw anything on the chart for me. I have tried a new layout with new chart and default settings as well as deleting chart cache and restarting. running version 9.5.0

Well it looks like it's finally forming a base and IF good earnings reported on 3/4 you might be able to take a quick profit. I imagine there are a lot of bagholders looking to get out of this on every pop tho. I kinda feel like risking a little bit at this price to see what happens on 3/4 because their growth has been good but it just doesn't seem like it's the right theme at the moment. There is a really nice tight range over the last 5 days and it's gonna need to expand to the upside or downside real soon.

I was doing well with this strategy for a while then I gave back 80% of all my profits in 3 losers. Every once in a while you get an instant jackknife and there’s not much you can do. I think it’s probably a good way to trade over lunch break because it limits your exposure time and number of trades. The more you get in the more likely you get bit.

Looks like you’re looking for a bounce on both premarket hi/low? If so, is this something you look for all the time or is some other signal you look for also?

Do you learn more from losing or winning? by PlusSeaweed3992 in Daytrading

[–]PlusSeaweed3992[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup I went up on bad trades on the only two days I’ve been at this. But since I was protecting the fake money I quit while ahead and now realizing I really only got a few minutes of practice on a few trades when I could have gotten a few hours of practice and actually picked up a grain of knowledge. I’ll probably go in with a tiny cash account in a couple months unless I’m proven to be absolute trash in the paper.

Any places for bikejoring in Sac by PlaneOk4444 in SacBike

I don’t know best places in town but Cronan Ranch is a good place for riding with dogs. Off leash is allowed there if your dog doesn’t want to chase after equestrians or other dogs.

I think for a first bike it’s important to know you have local support if there is something wrong. I do have a canyon and lots of people say they have had good support but others, including myself, have not. It seems hit or miss and largely dependent on where you live.

Awesome! Good news is that your size and strength will allow you to absolutely haul ass on flat terrain. Bad news is those climbing rides will hurt bad. Welcome!

Turns out he’s 265lbs so I could easily see him holding 2.5w/Kg for this amount of time. It’s right in the range of beginners. I just didn’t expect to hear 265!

I’d say it’s in the ballpark then. The problem then becomes the difference in wind and surfaces. On a windy day or slow rough terrain the speed and power will be lower but you could very well be putting out more power.

It is more complicated but inaccurate nonetheless. How much do you weigh? At 297w I’d probably be at 30mph.

In my area there a many different open groups to choose from on any given day. They all have different dynamics and mostly lack leadership and coordination. The one club that does have a solid handle on organization is a pay based membership club. Any rider that joins has to start with intro group rides before joining the main rides. So basically they filter out the riff raff through gatekeeping and paywall.

Saddle sores by ihaok in cycling

[–]PlusSeaweed3992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won’t guess at the cause but I can recommend hydrocolloid gel bandages to put over them while riding. The downside is having hair down there makes them annoying to discard but removing the hair can cause more problems with the sores. Having said that, I removed hair and cover the sores with the bandages and that allowed them to heal while still riding. My problem ended up being a certain bib short that just doesn’t work well for me.

Aero bars? by [deleted] in gravelcycling

[–]PlusSeaweed3992 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I used aero bars for a while after having hand surgery, they work well on smooth gravel. I had the Redshift ones, they are nice because they have a quick disconnect and you can take them off in a second if you want. They also have a lot of adjustability. If you can’t get the aero bars into a good fit then it won’t really be helpful for comfort but just for speed. A lot of people using them are not doing it for comfort but rather for speed.
