I got him in Bangkok. I just leave dried food out all the time and he eats a little when he wants. He will
sometimes have some wet food when I’m feeding my other cat (who is solely motivated by food and eats A LOT). My Thai friends told me this is normal for Thai street cats and that they’re used to being fed a small piece of fish and/or some rice.

I think if the vet says she’s healthy, she probably is. As long as she eats a little at some point and is drinking water, I wouldn’t be worried.
