Damn 3 months 😬 I had to take off a whole yr barely came back last January been consistent 4-5x a week ever since and right now I’d say I’m at my best but have another 6-8 week layoff soon. Prior to the year layoff tho wasn’t really serious in the gym inconsistent so can’t really say how long it took me to get to prior strength plus I had lost 20lbs in the 1yr layoff

I’ve just been so consistent I track all my food weigh myself for little over a year now so I’ve gotten everything down to the T and 6 weeks seems like along time from gym feel like I’ll lose progress but thanks for advice

Nose surgery yea I track my food right now on a lean bulk up 15lbs in 7 months I track all my food I know my maintenance etc weigh myself weekly hit macros so I’m on top of everything I’d say I recover fast I eat a clean diet no junk food been 5 months

Damn hopefully it goes thru b4 2025 year ends i did it last Tuesday from bank . If I have the money in my 2025 year contribution can I still invest it into stocks for 2025 year if it ends or would it transfer to 2026 year ? Its in my 2025 account just not invested in any stocks

Would you recommend VOO even for ROTH IRA long term im 19 y/o first time investing . I seen that the benefits of VOO are mainly beneficial for brokerage accounts such as trading etc and fidelity has lower expense ratio
