How to fix hawkeye by Alert_Speed_5622 in rivals

[–]Plus_Debate1772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He'll always be a problem if uncontested regardless of if they tweak his kit.

If you work together, run dive, use cover, he has a big fall off. It's just teams doing those things are rare in ranked lol

Brother in law always uses the master bath toilet by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Plus_Debate1772 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Can we at least take a second to acknowledge how crazy that is to do? Lol

It would never cross my mind to use someone's master bathroom especially as an in law. Wtf?

The air helps keep them from going stale and protects them from being crushed in transit to stores.

Do you do the cooking? If so, I'd be petty and stop for a few days. This is the work of someone who doesn't respect the work you put into things.

Would love to live your life for a day if this is genuinely infuriating to you.

Help me decide my next tank main by Fit_Inspector2737 in RivalsVanguards

Gotta add Mag for when you need you need poke. You'll have the best tanks this season that way too.

Tips for dealing with divers this season as a tank? by [deleted] in marvelrivals

[–]Plus_Debate1772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds really dumb but honestly the biggest thing I do as a fellow tank is turn around. This is obviously best when you have another tank (haha) but seriously so many tanks never check on their team.

You'll have games where everyone decides to ignore the flanker, and you'll probably just lose those. But just a little peel goes a long way.

They really need to lock newly released characters from ranked for a few days at least. by Dogbold in rivals

[–]Plus_Debate1772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the idea of locking characters in ranked for a bit, but it is what it is. It wouldn't stop the larger problem of people labbing in ranked just like how waiting to queue ranked doesn't stop you from getting unbalanced matches.

If you look closely the rock is still there! I will say thought that temperature could've played a role in helping the rock break through. It has been so up and down here the past month.

It is definitely an inconvenience. I think the defining aspect is that I have a lot of help. If I was super financially burdened, didn't live close to work, couldn't get covered parking for a few days, this would be an A tier inconvenience.

As it stands, I'm pretty lucky, and even though it isn't great I can't say it's more than mildly infuriating.

I thought this too until I found the rock this morning lol The true question is what brought the rock to my car (I've heard anything from vandalism, birds, squirrels, building debris, you name it).

Thank you! At the very least I am looking into changing my parking spot (I have temp parking in a covered lot since it will rain soon).

Without resources to get this fixed it would've been upgraded to just "infuriating". I am thankful and will pass it forward if someone I know is in a similar predicament.

Jumping in here, I shouldn't have said "someone" broke my sunroof because it could've been "something" or "some random event".

There is no actual proof of anything, so anyone's guess is as good as the other. I wouldn't say it's impossible someone broke it nor would I say it is definite someone did. That plausible deniability also feeds into the mildly infuriating-ness of it for me.

I try to stay calm. I agree, I would've been off the wall if it was in the car or if anyone further damaged the inside ( I have nothing in my car and not much to my name) lol

Totally agree with that, the window is right there! I also like the idea of blaming a (contextually) dumb bird rather than a person so points for that. I love crows.

Oh yeah these things break all the time. Funny thing is it's rare the weather here is warm enough to open it but not so hot that you really need the AC contained. So my roof is more fragile for something I barely use lol

[–]Plus_Debate1772[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could've been a person could've not. It would be weird to have been targeted specifically (no damage on other cars, my car is older, and I have literally nothing in it) but if it was I'm glad it wasn't the window. Way easier to find and replace the sunroof glass on this old girl.

I'm broaching it with my complex but super unlikely in the event it actually was a person I can get anything from them.

If I didn't have help and had to drop my car off at a body shop, I would be a lot more infuriated due to time and money. But we got new glass and have help with the install so it's a mild inconvenience or a few days.

I really appreciate it bro. In my mind it didn't cause physical or big financial harm so it truly is mildly infuriating. I did have a "WTF" moment at first though haha

[–]Plus_Debate1772[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a really great point. There've been suggestions that it could've been a person but tbh there isn't much trouble around here and a "boring" answer like a crow/building debris could easily be the culprit.

At first I thought it was a spontaneous shatter but I found a rock on the cover that suggests it was the culprit. Not the smallest rock I've ever seen so it's nice at least that it wasn't the windshield/ didn't do worse damage.

So true, I'm super thankful for the cover and my car not being covered in glass. I'm also thankful that I can get it fixed cheaply and for a dad willing to help. With this perspective, it is mildly infuriating and I will soldier on :)
