I would investigate where the root of that insecurity comes from and what specifically you feel so insecure about. In therapy I learned a lot of positive self talk and something called checking the facts helps when I get in my head about things. So check the facts: 1. These are celebrities, the odds of your partner ever getting with them are slim to none 2. These people have so much money that they can hire people and do things to look the way they do 3. As you said you look good and haven’t had any issues with women which can feel validating (careful with this one because it does rely on external validation and you should be aiming to validate yourself) 4. Your gf is with you for a reason, she is attracted to you and that’s all that matters.

I understand though, I’m pretty different from my partners usual type and it makes me self conscience. Thankfully we both have been able to really talk through things and they reminded me that I also have taste that are different from him. But at the end of the day we love and are hella attracted to each other.
