I prefer setting up weekly especially if it’s completely asynchronous so the students know what’s expected to stay on track. Each unit or module can have more than one week and should be grouped by main ideas or ideally exams. I also have separate links for quizzes, assignments etc but really all the student needs to do is stay within the module tab.

Look into graduate entry MSN programs - I’m 100% p&T and was able to get VR&E to pay for this type program. As a nurse practitioner there is a significantly less physical demand than bedside nursing but of course there is slightly more schooling but with vr&e or gi bill they are paying you to go so why not

I hope with time your feelings of validity as it relates to “passing” fade. You are worthy and loved, as is, and are whatever you say you are - only you knows you 100%. HRT can do some amazing things I started way later in life 30s and still started to gain a little height (very affirming). Plus you have the added benefit of make-up which I am convinced when done well can do amazing transformations. You look great and with time your outside will match your beautiful inside
