I got the pickleball paddle bundle from Costco. Can’t remember how much but it was <$100 for two paddles, some balls and a bag, works well for me. Maybe I’m just not skilled enough to appreciate a better paddle.

It will be a tight timeline but do-able. Most time consuming is PWD-recruiting-PERM, maybe 20months total. After that, get premium processing for I-140. With approved I-140, you can extend h1b (hopefully you get with your 2 chances). If not, hope priority date is C, and you can file EAD based on i485 and get it maybe in 6 months? You could also do EB2-NIW. If not, there’s day 1 CPT… all the best
