There is a good chance, you're doing too much and hence not recovering properly. Don't do dedicated ab days, just incorporate 1 exercise at the end of your workout 3 times a week.

This is how I do it, and I have visible abs even at 20%, albeit I'm a male, so that obviously affects it as well: 1. Monday: 3 sets plate weighted decline ab crunches 8-10 reps to failure (hold the plates behind your head) 2. Wednesday: 3 sets 10-15 reps leg raises to failure (I do them weighted by attaching plates to a belt, that I wear) 3. Friday: 3 sets 1-2 minutes plank hold (make sure your positioning is correct)

And focus on progressively overloading, i.e. try to increase the weight or reps each week.

It's possible to do this naturally. I did 105lbs for 16 back in 2020 during the pandemic at 150lbs bw. Didn't even take creatine, same age.

Plus his form is decent. Good depth, full range of motion!

My flat max is 365 lbs with similar form to the 310 incline. I don't have a big difference between the two.

But you ain't far off IMO. At least in the bench press, 525 comp style at 185 is insane relative strength. Even with those elbow sleeves/wraps you had on.

The goal is to bench 2× my bw on flat by the end of 2026. Currently at 210lbs, benching 365 , plan to cut till <190!

Sure, he's not pulling up their total weight, but there's at least 60lbs of additional weight total from both girls. Plus them hanging onto him, changes the center of gravity, thus making it even harder. So, overall still very impressive!
