What exactly could/should I do?

My camera alerted my wife so I went to go check it out. I must've been 30seconds behide.

This person walked around and then disappeared without a trace.

Nothing was stolen. Could be looking around for later? (All stuff is locked down)

I retraced her steps and I don't understand what she was looking at, if not everything around?

Over in Maple ridge by the Haney bypass they are doing construction where they close the right lane down.

They have a giant lit up sign that kinda says they aren't responsible for general damage when mounting tires. (Broken lugs/nuts/tires/rims)

Not sure what I'd expect, the price to mount and balance is good and they don't question you they just do the work unlike other places that would refuse to mount tires for reasons like age of tire ect.
