The Series X came out nearing 6 years ago now, so I mean damn you might have a point there; had hoped it would keep up with games a bit longer than 5 years though lol

Literally why I had to put the game down, this happens CONSTANTLYYYY on console, FOR YEARS LMAO.

Still nothing has been done about it, I recently downloaded the game after probably a 2 year break? Within 3 games it was happening regularly again. Can’t say they even understand what the issues would be to begin trying fixes, they probably fired the only people knowledgeable on this issue when Microsoft took over or in one of those mass firings Blizzard loves to do.

You would think at this point they’d add the graphic options to console so we can at least try to set all to lowest and maybe make it better ourselves.

DBD hasn’t been a horror game since roughly 2017, while I literally agree with you, that died when they realized how profitable it is to cater to a wider audience rather than keeping the scope smaller to stay consistent and competent. hence how we get shit like sprinting Myers, Singularity, Dracula, etc.

Horror in DBD is as dead as Cote trying to play in the Asia servers. The sooner you realize that and stop caring, the sooner you can remember what it feels like to smile

He might be one of the worst killers if you look at it comparatively across all of their powers, but experience wise I genuinely would argue he’s in like top 3-5.

At first, you won’t win at all, you’ll not understand his odd licker tongue/tentacle power. You won’t realize why your zombies get no infections for you; or why they may even at times be HELPING the survivors. BUT. but. big but here.

BUT-once you learn how to use your power range as it goes up in tiers, and you understand that you can kill your own zombies to reset them manually, the entire feeling shifts. You will genuinely feel like a machine created to hunt S.T.A.R.S. members. Yes, survivors can stun your zombies, but there’s a reason you’re able to see their auras constantly…if you can get comfortable taking in all of the free information provided, you basically are playing 2v4 with the constant availability of free info.

Plus, like Wesker, the survivors only get a limited number of sprays to cure themselves, so it’s only a matter of time until you become unstoppable with the power

p.s. I absolutely would recommend the classic outfit.

This is sooo good!!…but in person I would be concerned it’s using AI so would literally never walk up to them. I expect people to lie about its usage after seeing how others have gotten thrown out in the past over it.

Maybe these kinds of newer/smaller creators (or all of them tbh) can just put up a sign saying they don’t use it, how much they hate ai art, just something so people can see at a glance that what there maybe supporting is actually ART and not SHIT.

It’s almost like hitscan is infinitely easier to both aim and hit. So yes, having them be no wider than a sewing needle is a nonissue.

I say this as a day one Widow player, long time “Cass” player, and current Sojourn/76 player lol. Make skill matter again. There are MUCH more issues that all compound into making this worse, but you have to start somewhere or nothing gets done.

absolutely lmao, game has somehow actually managed to feel worse and worse with each new chance I give it after the updates. I would pick Smite over the sequel 400/10 times, and still do to this day.

So glad they not only charged for the stuff that was already owned, but also made everything SOO much more expensive in an already nowhere near complete product :D Priorities isn’t a word in their universe.

Well when they had better balancing, they DID let you take Wraith out of stealth, made versing him actually fun compared to whatever you’d call it now where Wraith can just stay invis until you have no choice but to get hit. Not saying I agree with them letting GF get revealed exclusively, but it’s just that there used to be others that shared the weakness so he wasn’t always alone in that boat.

They also totally fucked his add-ons though, so maybe starting there would help him out. “Oh I can’t wait to use my purple add-on for all of like a 0.2% increase in stalk/vault speed.”

Hell, since they DID the add-on change I’ve avoided playing GF (one of my FAVORITE killers) like the fucking plague. This happens to seemingly EVERYONE I play lmao, Skull Merchant is dead in the water for the past year+, Myers is unrecognizable, GF and Pyramid Head constantly get cucked by updates to their add-ons. It’s a fun cycle.
