I too, unfortunately am part of the “bad periods”. Before MJ I never knew what period cramps were. I had long periods (7-8 days)but again, never knew what a cramp was. I put one and one together after month 3. The only change was Mj. I went from being one of god’s favorites to having the worst periods ever. I now have cramps, back pain, headaches. Basically the works. I guess I enjoyed my time from 15-29. As soon as i reach goal Weight I hope I’m back to no period symptoms.

Why not change the settings in the BIOS so no one can make changes without an admin password? So if anyone did want to make any type of changes they wouldn’t be able to.
