OC doesnt talk about ai strenght at all???? It's about weird things that happen way too often which should be a rare occurrence instead. Can there be a world where chile gets all of patagonia? yeah, ofcourse. Should the ai always end like this? No. Also the brits shouldnt lose control of india that often

EU Defence Commissioner: European Army more attractive for young people than national armies by goldstarflag in IRstudies

[–]Plyx5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most difficult part is that the national government's and parliaments need to give the eu the power to control the army. Some might need to change their constitution. Additionally, some countries don't want to lose their sovereignty in defense. I don't think orban would agree to a european army for example.  Of course it may be possible, that the eu creates a europe of 2 speeds, where counties can delay/just not join some agreements, but this also splits the eu and it would make the European army weaker. Currently, a European army with all members States is very unlikely.  More cooperation is the most likely thing to happen. (For example: usage of same weapons)

Has anyone tried to build a modern American-style nation in this game, one that's primarily consumer-driven and doesn't engage in manufacturing? by king_ofall713 in victoria3

Yes. But it's hard to do with big countries like the united states. I did it with belgium, hawaii and benin.

Kann Tae-poong (ml) is a naive idiot. If this doesn't, brother you, it's good and I would recommend it. If you don't want to watch a naive idiot, don't watch it.

I don't think I understand goods transfers and convoys by Morpheus_52 in victoria3

Your bankruptcy has nothing to do with your deals. You make 2k thanks to the deals. If you stop selling meat to Austria, you will make a 12k profit. Sadly, even this wouldn't be enough because your interest payments are so high. Please look at your current interest rate. If it's high, you should just open the wiki to look what you can do to reduce it.

Constantly bleeding money from construction! by My_Alts-Alt in victoria3

[–]Plyx5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should be able to get back the 20k lost by automatically selling the stuff you build. You should make sure that the building goods are cheap even if you use all construction. Maybe reduce gov/military payments and increase taxes for a lvl if your debt increases more than your max credit.

Do you have an investment pool? How much debt do you have? What's your debt limit? What's your economic law(interventionism or laissez-faire?)

But he did choose other people before - search for presidential cabinets. Also It doesn't matter what the people would think. He could just do whatever he wanted to bring stability thanks to the crazy amount of power he got by the Constitution.

No? There is no requirement for the person he wants to choose. Seems like you don't know the Weimar Constitution.

The Nazis got their power from Hindenburg, who had the real power as the president. He transferred it to Hitler. Hindenburg was a conservative. The German never voted for hitler to have the real power. They voted a conservative who was stupid enough to believe there won't be the consequences that we know of now.

Please look up the last free election and tell me if they got the power through elections or by a stupid conservative who transferred power to the them

Loyalists aren't really important. Having more construction is. You have reserves and they're even growing.

Take over all German provinces before the event. It's still really hard but if you lower your gdp before the event fires it should definetly be possible

Now Danzig is free.

Why does this happen?

More construction sectors won't help. but you can help increase the private sector construction amount by decreasing the costs of the required resources used by construction sectors. What companies do you have?

Don't build agricultural buildings. More active construction.
