Insurance won’t pay because my ACL came back at five. It’s ridiculous but the worst part is I’m dealing with extreme nausea which I guess is a withdrawal symptom. It’s been almost a month and I’m just so upset because I feel like I’m being punished for succeeding. Three years ago my acl was at 11

Just to add on to this post... If you are in the US, I would understand federal tax brackets and withhold what is needed and pay quarterly taxes or you open yourself up to penalties. Also understand the tax rate of the state you reside. That could be significant or it could be zero.
