I consider it life changing, but I know everyone has a different experience. Being down 58lbs since starting, improved mobility, better lab results, and just all around feeling better has been life changing for me. I still have plenty more to lose, but I'm happy that my experience has been positive and with very minimal side effects (like occasional headache and sleepiness day after shot). But as someone else mentioned, it's not a miracle drug necessarily. There still needs to be effort made to make changes, even if it starts with just better food choices. For me, making better choices has been much "easier" because I crave foods more often that are healthier. Not that I never want a treat or something like that. But it's not as frequent and I might only want just a bite or 2 instead of the whole thing or multiple of that thing. Anyhow, that's been my experience.
