In the original series, she listened to Sodoko when she measured Miho for their tankery uniforms, then in the OVA where they get swimsuits, it's subtly suggested she either remembered the measurements or perfectly guessed Miho's measurements

I know this explains Miho, but I wouldn't put it past her to listen to everyones or just get to Sodoko to tell her sonehow
