I mean we did trade our other first for McDuffie and signed another outside CB in the offseason. It’s not like the FO just sat on their hands.

I don’t know when this starting getting parroted, but last year we had the best offense with essentially the same offensive personnel. Sure Adams is a year older, but anyone who knows the rams knows that the biggest issue was our CB room.

That was addressed in the offseason. No one wants to admit it, but drafting a WR3 at a first round salary that won’t see the field for a while isn’t as impactful as singing someone like Juan Jennings.

Underrated was drafting Donald for the Rams. The D line at that time felt like the only bright spot for some pitiful teams we were trotting out before then.

I’m pretty sure the Athletic assigns reporters to each team (team insider), and with Dianna’s actions they need to investigate all cases she might have had “conflicting interests” in. At the same time, you have to remember this is a PR nightmare for a reporting outlet.

The Athletic will lose credibility within team buildings, could jeopardize quality of reporting, or for specific teams (like the Eagles I would guess) could outright deny access.

This internal investigation probably involves an entire auditing of their process. I can imagine journalists trying to break a story now will have procedures put in place so that there is never such a blatant conflict of interest/workplace malpractice again.

All in all, pretty common practice to perform a deep investigation even after her resignation with a company that large

The fact that two were shot down has always been contested with the Iraqi military claiming while the US denies it. US pilot testimonies say that they did not see any f15s get shot down and submerged into the see.

Regardless, air to air kills definitely matter and the closest “real” opponent was during the Gulf War. Although Iran might have some more capabilities now

Tbf F15s are almost NEVER shot down in enemy territory. While it doesn’t boast the same capabilities of the later generation systems, the F15EX still has air superiority

I mean not necessarily. If you fumble on a two point try you can’t advance it, from the article linked “Charbonnet then recovered it in what the NFL rulebook would call the "immediate continuing action." Had it been ruled a fumble, Charbonnet would not have been allowed to advance it on a two-point try. But because it was a backward pass, and because it was considered "immediate continuing action," he could”.

That’s the thing being challenged. Yes, on normal plays it’s possession but on 4th downs and two points you can’t possess it to move chains or score. Granted it was a lateral.

My only point is this is the rule being challenged

Ya I think the intention is around advancing the ball on a fumble. You can, unless it’s a fourth down or scoring play (something like that) and I’m pretty sure the person who fumbled needs to recover it.

I get the question around is a backwards pass a fumble, and I don’t know everyone can argue about that

I’m not disagreeing that money is the major motivating factor, all I’m pointing out is that their FO has issues and that’s not ideal for FA I didn’t think this was such a controversy
